“Photographer and writer, whose personal research feeds on art and philosophy.”
Project Summary
Rossana Mendes Fonseca is an Oporto based photographer who wanted to share her work via photos and blog and had an idea of how she wanted her website to look. She supplied some example websites that she liked the way they were showing the portfolio.
The Client’s main concern was the porfolio images and how to display them effectively due to different image sizes but that was easily surpassed with a fully responsive and adaptive gallery where the photos stand out perfectly and it’s easy to navigate trough the images without any distractions.

Client’s background
Still life and fashion photographer for independent fashion and product designers, whose visuals have the dreamlike clean vibe of a crispy autumn day. Furiously mugshooting people at the coolest coworking space in Porto, CRU cowork, where some of her obscure series and odd curatorial processes have been well accommodated.
Persistently writing and researching for her dissertation on photography as an apparatus of time and memory for the pHd in Contemporary Art and the Philosophy research group. Trying to develop a future with past subjects at Pola Lab, a film laboratory co-founded at the cool coworking place. Occasionally, speaking up at philosophy and art related academic events and classes. Occasionally, writing for such similar trifles.
